I cannot recommend this company based on my recruitment experience. The hiring process required a significant investment of time, including assessments, class observations, a teaching presentation, an interview, and technical training. However, there was very little transparency regarding compensation despite my asking several times. The technical training was the biggest disappointment. I was publicly blamed for a room assignment issue, received no meaningful assistance when I experienced technical difficulties, and was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. The trainer's attitude created a negative first impression of the company. A recruitment process should reflect an organization's values. Unfortunately, my experience did not demonstrate the professionalism or respect I expected from an educational institution.
