Astrakan Uschanka. Great hat, good fit, warm, very well made.

I purchased this hat a year ago and it remains my favorite. Unfortunately after a night of imbibing I came to part with my beloved hat somewhere in the dark side streets of Eastern Europe. I missed it so much I elected to purchase another before the ice and snow blanket the land. This hat is my go to hat. Combines naturally with business attire and casual dress. This hat certainly keeps me warm when the icy cold Baltic winds gust in winter. The hat is only second to the exemplary service of Russian Legacy. Rest assured you are dealing with a professional whose work ethic reminds of days gone by.

So far I have three winter hats in hand, all of which exhibit excellent workmanship and materials. They are true to size, with only slight variation. I ordered all three at once, and they arrived at the same time just over three weeks from time of order. I am pleased enough that I have ordered three more hats, including a modified version of one of their existing line. After explaining to Chris what I wanted, he said they would have no problem accommodating me. He did a bit of historical research and asked what specification I desired. I was asked for a small amount of additional money to cover the extra materials and labor, and the order is on its way. A great buying experience, and I readily recommend the company and its products to anyone.

I purchased a curly lamb ambassador hat and having a large head I ordered the largest size. Nice the size was unusual I was contacted by Russian Legacy to make sure I had measured correctly. Once the size was verified, everything was quick and painless and the hat is beautiful and fits great. I really appreciated their efforts to ensure my satisfaction.

Very pleased by my experiences with Russian Legacy. Initially, I phoned the Company and expressed an interest in an Ambassador Persian Lamb hat. My interlocutor very patiently explained to me how to obtain an accurate measurement of my hat size. He reviewed shipping time frames. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the process from ordering to delivery of merchandise. .My hat promptly arrived in about 2 weeks time from order date. The fit and workmanship are excellent. In the future I will have absolutely no reservations about patronizing Russian Legacy again.
