Perfect service - delivered on time, flowers and cake were fresh and overall experience was great. They sent a picture of my sister with all gifts, I was happy to see her and she was excited to get unexpected gift for her birthday! Thank you for great service.

I was worried about ordering a gist/flower basket to be delivered at on overseas country. But they did deliver perfectly, exactly as they promised. SUPER job. I will definitely use their services again with confidence... Thank you all.

Ordered a basket of chocolates. I did not even have the phone number of the recipient but Russianflora found it from her office address. Also, they kept me informed all the time regarding the status of my order. I would definitely recommend Russianflora to other customers.

Ordered a teddy bear made out of flowers and a violin player to preform for my gf, she loved it. They constantly kept me up to date and had a live support agent on call.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my spouse while she was away in Russia. Russianflora delivered what I ordered on time with confirmation to the correct address - even with short notice. The bouquet arrived in perfect condition and the flowers were very fresh. Great feedback from their client services team as well. Overall a terrific experience that I would not hesitate to recommend. Would absolutely use them again.

I used this company to send a gift basket to a friend staying long-term at a hotel in Switzerland. (I am in the United States.) I did some searching of similar companies online and went with them because of the large variety of options available. Customers have the ability to create their own baskets, go with one of MANY pre-made designs (covering all price points), or give the basket-makers guidelines and have one created for your particular situation. I went with the third option. I also really appreciated knowing that no delivery or customs fees would be charged of the recipient once it was delivered. Customer service, also, was excellent. Especially using the online chat feature. I highly recommend!

I love these guys! I'm on my third order now, such great customer service! They can chat, call, send messages, email, and seriously immediate responses. Amazing!! And so freakn friendly! They have a lovely extravagant selection, it takes forever to choose lol I'm picky so sometimes it takes a couple days to narrow down my choice haha. One thing I'd like to see is maybe a choice of a basket or something with a collection of 1-2 exotic fruits, great little flower arrangement, plus treats such as nuts, chocolates and cheese... I know it's kind of weird combination but it would be cool. But they literally have everything else, endless awesome selection.
