Very happily, it was great to be able to speak to customer service personnel in English. Ordering to Chelyabinsk, RU, I know that English is a difficult second language having lived with and met many Russians! I am simply amazed with the service. It has only been an hour since I ordered the flowers and I recieved 3 different emails from 3 different representatives saying that the order is verified (I placed the order at a very inconvenient time for anyone, it was like 3AM). The process took less than a day, approximately 10 hours from the moment I placed the order until it was delievered to the reciepent. Thank you so much once again!
