Was having an issue with my Windows 10…
Was having an issue with my Windows 10 email. I was able to get my email but could not open them to read the content. Bobby H was able to set up the computer to be able to use the format I'm familiar with to use my email. Bobby H was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He makes a good part of your team.

Thanks for help with my Microsoft Word.
Today, wanted to use my Microsoft Word. It said it expired and I first thought it might be a scam for me to quickly send someone some money to fix it. So called Rush and Franc downloaded something else and showed me how to use it. Going to try that now. Also, going to call Rush on Monday, to go over other things, Thanks, Fred

Smart people surround themselves with smarter people
I needed to update my security, get my computer scanned/cleaned up and add a second computer protection plan ~ I am a physician and use my laptop to travel to remote clinic sites ~ I need a secure computer to assure that my patient's private data remains private! These folks listened, understood what I needed and explained clearly to a non-tech person what was done and how it worked ~ Afterall, you can't be good at everything and when I needed computer security, I went to the experts who have helped me feel that I am doing all I can to protect private information and are always there when I have a question/concern (No matter how small or stupid it may seem !!) ~ These guys are true professionals !
