A fine company with fine people.
Not only did Dimitri completely fix what was wrong with my computer (and it took a while), but he did it in a pleasant and courteous manner. I'm glad I found this company

Do what needs to be done promptly and quickly with good follow up.
Rush mad followup call on service performed several months ago. We explained our situation. Within an hour, Rush analyzed problem, and came up with a plan. Also rovided options and explained each. Fixed problem the same day. Follow up call the next day to check that everything was ok. I don't know what could be done better that that.

great representative for your company
Very helpful, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing the mix up I made on my computer. I can really do a good job at screwing it up. Ed M. fixed two big ones for me. I would have been in deep mud if he had not fixed up my screw ups. He was an angel in disguise. Happy Thanksgiving. He made mine. ;-)

Reliable company with employees that have the expertise to fix whatever issues you computer is exhibiting!
There were several people I dealt within the Rush organization. Each was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in fixing my computer's problems. I was very skeptical when I first received the phone call from Rush.....how do I know who I'm really talking to?? There are so many scammers out there!! I would like to recommend that each customer be given their own identifier number...and that number must be used by Rush's techs and myself whenever communication has to take place....it is a protection for me and your company to ensure no one is being scammed!! Other than that suggestion, everything went smoothly. At least now my computer is cleaned up, working great, and properly protected! Thank you Rush Techs!!

Great Work
Great work done by friendly, knowledgeable, professional tech. Everything was explained thoroughly, all questions answered to my satisfaction Great company to work with. I feel that my computer is in good hands.

Very pleased
Customer service and technical support was excellent. Edward was very patient and kind as he dealt with me whose technical knowledge is about a D-. I felt as though he really cared about resolving my computer issues.

Our praise for Rush Tech and its superlative Technicians is a great feeling in my heart.
I have never met more understanding and knowledable people than Edward and Chris of Rush Tech. The Techs are really amazing in what they know and how fast they can fix a problem. Also they take the time and effort to help the computer idiots (such as myself) to better understand their problems without making us feel small or embarrassed.
