Not a fan of these on-line surveys. However, I have found Rushtechsupport to be a great company to do business with. If I have one negative, it is that the sales pitch for additional product can be a bit agressive. Happily, in my last contact - a scheduled tune-up - the work went quickly and smoothly; and there was no sales-pitch whatever.
