About Runpod

Runpod is the AI Developer Cloud for teams building, training, and scaling AI applications. Developers use Runpod to move from experiment to production in one platform, with Pods for building, Serverless for shipping inference workloads, and Clusters for scaling larger deployments.Runpod gives AI and ML builders access to GPU and CPU compute without forcing them into a heavyweight cloud workflow. Teams can launch GPU environments, bring their own containers and frameworks, deploy serverless GPU endpoints, manage storage, monitor workloads, and run closer to users across global regions. Runpod supports a broad range of GPU options, from workstation-class cards to high-memory accelerators, so developers can choose the right compute for prototyping, fine-tuning, inference, rendering, research, and production workloads.Runpod is built for developers who want infrastructure that stays out of the way. The platform supports common AI workflows such as model training, fine-tuning, image and video generation, LLM inference, agent systems, and compute-heavy applications. Startups, AI-native teams, researchers, and infrastructure teams use Runpod when they need flexible cloud compute, straightforward APIs, container control, and a path from early experimentation to production deployment. For product help, billing questions, platform status, and account support, visit runpod.io or contact [email protected]. Customers can also find platform updates and status information from the Runpod website.

Easily the best place to do any AI…
Easily the best place to do any AI related task! I've been using Runpod mainly for LLMS but you can easily select from a vast array of templates for whatever you need. If there isn't a template for what you need you can easily create one for your specific task.

Excellent GPU availability at all price points
Excellent GPU availability at all price points. I do various AI-powered creative writing tasks on RunPod, which is an extremely memory hungry task. The fact that I can get GPUs priced at $10k+ for just a few dollars per hour is so amazing. I've never had trouble getting the GPUs I've needed for the task and they have tons of different specs available to rent, and have a templated system for pods where I can get them deployed with just a few clicks.

Excellent Platform and Service
RunPod is one of the most straightforward and user-friendly platforms for getting started with serverless GPUs. Moreover, I greatly appreciate that RunPod offers true second-by-second billing—literally by the second. Many other providers claim to offer this level of precision, but often fail to deliver due to delays in shutting down workers, leading to higher costs. The customer support at RunPod is excellent as well. We have our own dedicated Slack channel where we can raise questions and resolve issues, which has been incredibly helpful. Overall, my experience with RunPod has been exceptional, and I look forward to a long-lasting partnership.
