Hi there, Thank you for your review. We checked your account. If your friend referred you, you should receive a referral bonus up to $500. It's a system-generated promo, and you will receive anything between $5 and $500. If you don't see the balance on your account now, please write an email to our support at [email protected], and we will look into it for you. The promotion is still on, and thousands of our users are being credited daily. The only possibility is that if you didn't follow the referral link throughout, you will not receive the credits; however, our team will take care of it for you. I hope you write back to us and get this issue resolved if you didn't see any credits. Regards, Runpod Support Team

Hi there, We're really sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter errors with the preinstalled models like InvokeAI and ComfyUI, especially when expectations were set around a plug-and-play experience. A 404 error on startup and the need to manually initiate services via SSH are absolutely not what we intend for our users, and we agree this falls short of the standard we aim to provide. We're especially concerned about the billing issues you described, particularly charges occurring even when the pod was stopped. This is not expected behavior, and we’d like to look into this for you right away. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the lack of response from our support team. That is unacceptable, and we're currently reviewing what went wrong to ensure no other user is left without assistance. We would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out directly to [email protected] with your pod ID or email used to register your account, and we'll prioritize your case. Our goal is to resolve the technical and billing concerns and provide a better experience moving forward. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps us improve and better serve our community. Best regards, The RunPod Team

Hello, We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and completely understand how frustrating it must be to lose your work. After a thorough review, our team found that the payment issues stemmed from your bank declining the transactions. Additionally, some of the failed attempts were due to the checkout page timing out. While we understand how this situation can feel unfair, these factors were unfortunately outside of our platform’s control. Please note that once a pod is deleted, it cannot be restored. However, we’re more than happy to help you set up a new one and recreate your previous workflows. To avoid any future interruptions, we strongly recommend contacting your bank to ensure RunPod transactions are not blocked. Our support team is always here for you. Please reach out directly so we can assist you promptly and ensure a smoother experience going forward. Best Regards, RunPod Support Team

Hi there, I'm sorry for the trouble you had to go through, could you please email from your RunPod account email to [email protected] so that we can look into this and a reference ticket ID where you requested for a refund. If there's any unused balance which you weren't able to use due to some errors from our end, we will do our best to guide you through the issue and also help with refund if needed. Also, we can suggest the templates based on your use case if you would reach to the support team at the given email. We look forward to hearing from you.
