I got what I expected and it is nice to have an system build a program for you so you don't have to think about it. I would caution you to make sure you see what category they put you under, I did one benchmark run and was listed in PRO, but you can change this manually.

Good Plan
I think this plan works best with people who are used to running programs. The site is straightforward and it gives good, steady progress for improving your running.

This is a great program for anyone starting out or unsure where to begin. They lead you through the key parts of a work out. I feel encouraged and empowered after using this program!

This has been the easiest process to follow and stick to, I love the running diet and it has helped me go from an overweight part time walker to looking forward to the training and becoming a runner. I recommend this program to anyone that has struggled with weight nd exercise in the past

I love it
I love it! I have tried other apps, such as couch to 5k and others...this is by far my favorite! I love the warm up/cool down exercises and the optional exercises as well as the educational articles. Very well done and...it works!
