It’s definitely a scam, don’t spend any money. There’s nothing useful

Yup, I was duped. You could Google or search Pinterest for free plans that provide the same level of "guidance" this supposedly custom plan does. What an absolute crock.

It's a scam. Completely agree. They send you some crappy info and a schedule to follow that you could find basically anywhere on the internet. Then, I clicked on a link for the Stretching, and it just charged my card without any confirmation of my info. How can you do that? You say it's not a subscription service, then why are you hanging on to my payment info??? They have no customer services number and you can only get in touch with them through email. Then it's just a back and forth where they act like they don't know what you are talking about. I'm so pissed!!!

As soon as you pay for your subscription they ask you more money to deliver the plan. If you try to ask for a refund they completely ignore your request and send you a link to open your plan which I paid another 14 bucks to access the content. It's disgraceful how they scam you offering a copy/paste content for a high price and don't respect you're desire to cancel and get your money back. Btw, just got my plan when I asked twice to cancel my subscription and request my full refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I took the running diet survey and they sent a plan that does not at all align with my current running abilities. The app does not allow you to update the running plan and the customer service is not responsive. Save $66 and just look up couch-to-5K on the internet - the running.diet service is appears to be a scam.

This is a scam! They make you believe they are going to give you something individualized to you but they don’t. In fact what they do give you can been obtained for free from hundreds of other sites. Once you do pay then they start with “if you want to really get the full benefits add this and this and this” all with more money for each one. Don’t get duped. I ask for a refund and they said only half but I had to prove that it didn’t do what they said it would do. Which tells me even more that it was just a scam. And they are not out of California. It’s out of Lithuania. Buyer beware. I will be changing all my bank accounts now!

Not user friendly. You have to be online and try and figure out where you left off on a PDF or word document. Or print the 70 page running/stretching plan out and 50 page diet plan. Simply ridiculous. It's a total scam! Wish I would have read these other reviews before spending $75. I've put in a request for a refund, but am doubtful I'll be receiving anything back... : (

Avoid! Really badly put together website. Can’t get a hold of customer service. Can’t get your money back if you aren’t happy. Offers very little in custom plans. I checked the box that I was injured but no further questions was asked to see what the injury was to customise the plan. You pay extra for everything. A custumisized nutrition plan is Extra, a list of stretches is £14.99, a personal coach Is extra. I even had to pay extra to get the plan “sooner” because I was in a dodgy queue system on the website that never seemed to get closer to getting to the top. I went from position 22 of 29, 24 of 25, 16 of 29 then back up to 24 of 29 in the queue. Cant access the recipe book either and the “knowledge tips” are basic knowledge at best “don’t run on a full stomach. Buy good running shoes!” Save yourself some money and headaches and get a free C25K app.
