Terrible plan. Does not seem individualized. Not for novice runners. Poor customer service.

I never get my plan by email even though I did receiv ads for other products. It is such a scam. I feel like I paid to get ads in by mail. Today I tried to connect and I saw that my plan was ready, but what a plan... no explaination on how to do the exercise. Such a shame, Attention tout est en anglais. De plus rien, il n'y a rien de plus que l'on puisse déjà trouver gratuitement ailleurs quand on paie !

This is a scam! Did not receive an email with a plan or anything for that matter!! $89 went out of my account and I have nothing. Emailed twice with no response. Will be calling my credit cards fraud department!! Do not buy into this scam!!

This is a complete scam. You pay the $33, get a half baked plan and some email not personalized at all. Then, you’ll get hit 3 months later with another fee. There’s nothing in the description telling you that you’ll be billed multiple times. DO NOT sign up!

Similar to other reviewers below. TURN AWAY AND RUN FROM THIS PLATFORM. The technology is broken; the schedule not remembering the week you are on is a common problem. Images are broken. Words are misspelled. See my full and in-depth review on my blog, here runningdietscam (dot) wordpress (dot) com. I was also offered a 50% refund for only using 8 days of a year's full subscription. I turned it down and instead went through PayPal to file a claim on "goods not as described". Unfortunately it was denied, and now APPARENTLY I have no further recourse and Running.Diet "is not able to" offer any refund, because the transaction is locked in PayPal.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was a horrible experience. I was expecting an app that would keep me up to date daily but it’s just the website. You have to pay extra for EVERYTHING. I had this for a day and asked for a refund since it wasn’t what I though it would be and only received partial refund. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Horrible experience.. run the other way, this is a scam. There is no app, just a website. The website doesn't remember what week you are on. No support and extremely difficult to use. Not at all what was described at purchase. When you go to cancel the membership they will not give you a full refund, only used it for 3 days out of the 12 month subscription and recieved only half my payment back.

When doing the training it suggests, it doesn't have a timer with sound, so it is hard to know when to start/stop the different training techniques.
