Using this app I have been able to move forward from struggling with 2 miles to breezing past three and making 5 miles in 63 minutes. I am proud of myself and looking forward to improving every week by using the running diet!! Thank You!!

I enjoy this program and it has got me running again after a couple year break. I like the recipes and even though I'm not on metric, they seem easy enough to calculate for the US. I wish they had a workout diary, but that is something you can do on your own. Overall it's been really good to get me moving and running again. Thanks!
