Do not, I repeat, do not purchase this “app.” It is advertised as an App but it is actually a web browser, with a program generated from your survey answers. It does not feel personalised or created by a personal trainer especially for you as such but, If that’s what your after, then great. paying for an early release of this program in your cart is a waste of money though. Don’t do it. I had every intention of silently getting my refund and moving on but these guys are very persistent with their refund policy, even if the program is faulty and you can’t use it. I hated it, but I tried it anyway and I was not able to save my first week benchmark. I tried three days in a row and the results just wouldn’t save to produce a second work out week. I’ve explained this situation three times (even through PayPal) Im still yet to get the vibe I’m taking to a real person haha. There are money grabbing techniques like fast tracking your program so you can get it quicker etc in the sign up process that should have been a big red flag for me but unfortunately I was still dumb enough to fall for it. Lol. Won’t lie, the recipes look great, once again couldn’t save my progress with the recipes either so wasn’t motivated to continue with this. Makes it very hard to keep track of everything if you can’t save your progress and calculate your calories ect. TRUST ME: There are actual phone Apps that can calorie count and auto generate your workouts for you. And they are free! Look around before considering the running diet. If you do think about purchasing this, consider using PayPal for protection, especially if you plan on buying a whole year. Man I’m so glad I didn’t. My experience and by the looks, most of the reviews... the customer service and support for this product is very poor and some people have only had success for refund through PayPal. Although I am probably not going to get my money back for this faulty program, I will try to escalate it through PayPal and see what happens. I will learn my lesson next time to read reviews before purchasing a product.

Customer service is terrible. The diet was not for me so I cancelled my subscription but then one month later it auto-renewed. I reached out to the team and they were incredibly rude and did not refund my money or offer any type of empathy or apology even though I had cancelled in the right time period. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

STOP before you signing up! The programme is not made for beginners and it is very unorganized. There is a no refund policy and you need to wait for ages to get a reply.

After repeated requests for assistance with this program as the links DO NOT WORK- still no reply. It’s not a great program at all and you need to buy all these extras. Very frustrating to say the least... have asked for a refund twice and it’s radio silence. ITS A BS SCAM

DO NOT SIGN UP. The expectation is that this program is easy to follow. It is not. First of all, there's no app so you can't easily track anything. Second, there's no shopping list so they just give you recipes for the day and I guess assume you have everything you need. Third, when you sign up for the extra's and then get to your profile you have no idea what extra you signed up for. It's extremely unorganized and not intuitive. All in all, it is not user friendly and you don't know what you are paying for until you pay for it. When asked for a refund they don't provide them. I got 50% back which I guess is better than nothing, but considering I requested it within 24 hours and explained the above and there was no plan on enhancements or offer for full. I would consider this to be a scam. Unless they decide to really build this out the proper way, stick to Nike Run, it's free and has the same features but you can use it on the go.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a refund and to cancel my program after seeing this is not for me and still am waiting for a reply. I guess I will have to dispute it through my credit card. I will NOT recommend this to anyone.

I signed up and realized this was a waste of money as i already run. But there is no where to call and i emailed them but i havent had any luck on getting my refund and they also charged me a extra 3 dollars which i didnt approve. Wish i would of saw these reviews before i suckered into it. Only been a few days since i signed up and they claim u can get a refund if it has been less than 14 days.
