Returns policy is a lie! Best they will give me is a 50% refund despite the fact that I cannot get the days to complete and cannot move onto week 2! And got called a liar by the customer service department! Given up fighting with them! BEWARE!

I can not cancel and am getting no help. They tell you a link will work and then it doesn't. They then tell you a recurring charge will happen (It's a lot--$66.00) if you don't follow their online instructions for cancellation--which don't work. This really does feel like a scam and I had such high hopes. This is why I am worried to give a company my credit card. Some take advantage.

Bonjour Mauvaise surprise ! Un clic et hop ! Paiement d'un truc que je ne veux pas. Puis quelques mois après, re prélèvement d'un abonnement dont je n'ai vu nulle part avoir souscrit sur la durée. Visibilité nulle ! Ça aide à prendre de l'argent pour un service tout aussi nul !! Suite à ma réclamation, on me répond qu'on ne peut me rembourser qu'à moitié... Colère ! Et bien sûr, plusieurs jours après, rien !! Ne tombez surtout pas dans le panneau !! À éviter absolument !

I joined this program thinking it was for real. Do Not Sign Up for This! I never got the plan and they took my money. I requested cancellation and a refund and they never responded to me. This is a scam and Shane on them! There is no phone number to call to speak to a live person. All has to be done through email and they don’t respond!

Do not sign up for this app. I was very dissatisfied with the program as there is no personal reminder to 'motivate' you to keep on going with your exercises. i then asked for a 'cancellation' within the 14 days allowance. i get a reply saying that this request is taken into consideration, therefore the money will not be taken from my account at the end of the month. however, the money was taken out of my account on day 1, which i only realised few days later. then i send an email asking for reimbursement, they thenn tell me that i passed the deadline required for reimbursement. since when cancellation to a program within the 'trial' period means NO reimbursement? I was offered a 50% reimbursement as a good will gesture for the 'confusion', but seriously cancellation within trial period implies customer being fully refunded, otherwise state it clearly on your terms and conditions!!!! I feel very cheated on this and definitely would NOT recommend this app to anyone!

Impossible de résilier, et quand on envoie un mail c est pour nous répondre en anglais. J ai fait une demande de remboursement alors que ça fait moins de 15 jours d abonnement mais rien du tout.

On paie l'abonnement et on continue a avoir des sollicitations piur ajouter tel ou tel service... je comorends deja pas oourquoi je dois payer pour quon traite ma demande rapidement, et je ne comprend pas pourquoi je dois payer pour les excercices les journees que vous decidez que c un repos... anyway, je ne sais pas mais je me sens arnaquè avec votre service...Malheureusement je trouve que vous etes la juste pour prendre plus d'argent, vous voulez juste vendre tout à tous et a tout prix, limite on commencera a payer au clic...C'EST UNE GROSSE ARNAQUE.. cest pathétique
