Great to give you goals to work towards when you have a busy schedule. I wish it had an app and could communicate with a smart watch.

Great, straightforward program. Really would rather have an app than a shortcut on my homepage. Would also like to see it connect to Garmin.

Gives me accountability and motivation to meet a goal. Great for newbies and those whose goal is health improvement. Not necessarily for those who are seasoned runners or for competitive purposes.

Great no fluff program to start & go.
It’s a basic no fluff program that gets you moving instantly. No need to get overwhelmed with all the advertisements that most programs run you through. Just do the work, it’s as simple as that. Great way to start your running regiment.
