It is a scam! It’s a cleverly package one but it sets up to automatically bill even after you have taking the steps to make sure it’s not a subscription with auto billing. I saw it was basically a scam after getting the “diet running plan” took the bullet for the first $33.00, checked to make sure there was no automatic recurring things set up and they still billed another $33.00. I’m proving my case with PayPal now but it’s a battle.

Running Diet is a scam! They get your credit card and charge it for a one time plan, send you 2 wanna-be-engaging emails then crickets. There is not account created, no profile, therefore no way to manage the subscription. Yes,.. this is not a one time fee as I believed it to be. 3 months after I purchased my plan, I was charged again for a subscription renewal. For what I have no idea. I didn't even use the plan... my task day one was to Not Run. Sooooo... if someone makes a choice to build a plan and execute on it, why wouldn't the plan start with... I don't know... moving!! After searching the website for 5 minutes, I found a paragrah stating to cancel my subscription to email them. Again no profile, completely not user friendly. I kindly admitted to not navigating their website to understand there was an auto-renewal, and requested my subscription be cancelled and the last payment be refunded. Although I received a reply within 24 hrs, all they did was copy and past all the fine print in their agreement, and refuse to refund the last charges. Inconsiderate, and terrible customer service. No guarantees, no updates, no momentum. This company is a scam!

Joggo or Running Diet is a complete scam! As other reviewers have offered, the links go dead or they push you back indefinitely into a queue awaiting your plan, even after you have paid your $46 for it, and even after you have paid the additional $4.99 for rushed same day delivery of your plan. Sadly PayPal who processes their payments does not seem to care and there is no such thing as buyer protection with them. You can literally make a request for refund within 3 days, well within Joggo/Running Diet 14 day guarantee period and not be rewarded a refund. You can and should file a claim and escalate it to a dispute with PayPal and despite they offering a 180 day window for such, they will settle in favor of the seller. Some huge red flags here people. I don’t know what’s going on anymore. Yes companies have been hard hit and affected by COVID but this is not the way. Imagine trying to get your life and health back on track and getting scammed with no support from PayPal. Totally sucks! #canceljoggo #goodbyepaypal Update September 9, 2021: My email correspondence will show that I did request a refund after 3 days. It has never been honoured.

Scam - signed up initially but never received any information. I tried to a cancel my automatic subscription but any link available is bogus. I WANT OUT OF THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND CAN'T!!

Je viens d être prélevé sauvagement de 37.99 euros sans savoir d ou ça vient....je n ai absolument pas d abonnement... Comment faut il faire pour être remboursé ? Je n en reviens pas de cette arnaque!!!!

Une arnaque : j'ai pris le plan en mai sans le recevoir. j'ai demandé l'annulation du plan et je viens a nouveau d'etre prélevé de 27euro avec une autre adresse!!!!

DONT BUY IT!!! Poor customer service, they just take your money and don’t care about the person. Complete waste of money!! Do not buy from here- go to a well known trusted company! 3 months later I receive a reply on here saying they have contacted me with a solution - still no contact at all....

COMPLETE SCAM! I purchased the one year program yesterday and immediately had buyers remorse. I have been trying to connect with customer support and the link does not work. I get the plan (if you can call it that) and it is links to articles and tips but the actually workouts are locked and additional fees are required to access them. Not worth it and will do all I can to get refunded. I will NEVER use this program.
