Rude behaviour and seems to be scam site

I only changed my review because they blackmailed me into changing my review because they wouldn't give me any of the promo that I've earned and I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars a day at this site and they don't give me any promos or anything I pretty much have to beg for the things that I should be getting anyways the promo set up is terrible the lost back is terrible the people are terrible and it's a terrible site because the customer service people are beyond rude! I lose hundreds of dollars a day and they tell me If I change the grade on trust pilot then only I can get my money I did all that and the guy still said nope sorry you're gonna have to ask tomorrow and also the amount they gave me is puny in comparison to how much play I have the worst absolute worst comps on the whole internet As far as online casinos go. They treat me like absolute s*** and I spend hundreds of dollars a day keep in mind do you know how it feels to not even get appreciated by online casino that you spend a ton of money on and they blatantly are rude and don't give anything . A I will only reconsider this review if I'm getting the 100I deserve for my play and losses otherwise I can't be blackmailed by this casino again and manipulated and this time I won't be tricked into wasting my time to give the grade they didn't earn! I earned a TON IN LOSS BACK... I HAVE 250000 IN BETS, 50000 IN LOSSES AND 250 IN CASHOUTS. . SO CAN YOU FOR ONCE GIMME SOME LOASBACK THAT REFLCECTA THESE STATS ? This site is scam there are like only 2 staff agents working on supports, who was abusing me and banned my account with over 350$ deposit money

Awful site, if you min deposit expect to have to gain 1000% on your deposit to be able to redeem. Luis in the support chat was about as useful as a sh*t flavoured lollipop

First time ever at this sweeps casino. I made and account and two days later went back to it. I won a nice chunk and when I went to redeem and it sent me to a chat to confirm my redeem. The admin there said I needed to verify on discord so I clicked the link he sent, it opened discord, I had to follow them and then began to verify. When I got back to the chat and told him I had verified successfully, he responded with a message saying that I had multiple accounts and that was against their terms. I told him I have only one account and have only had it for a few days, without a response he closed the chat, took all my sweeps coins, and even disappeared from my discord. I checked my search history and my first time to Runewager was July 5 2025. I emailed and then went to the site chat where I sat waiting for 11 mins the first time and longer the second time. No response. I log back in to see if I have gotten my money or a response and it says user is banned. What a joke!
