Oct.2025 end of year project never was started,let alone finished. Was in hospital few days,but,47 yr old son was at house.Canceld project due to couldn't be finished for end of year tax rebate. Made first two payments, didn't do third as project couldn't be finished by end of 2025 as promised. After the third payment was when materials would have been ordered.we canceled before third payment. We have been asking for our 5,092.43 refund.since Jan. 2026. Was told they needed restocking fees for materials that should not been ordered yet. They seemed nice enough,but,almost a year now. That's a lot of money for Seniors to get nothing but stress.Just wanted our inverts we have updated.

From contract signing in March to Ameren PTO approval at the end of November. Michael has been patient with my questions, frustrations and general curiosity on how this all works. Great price for what i got and will use them again. there where some hiccups through out the process but we got it figured out together and better expectations where set as well on what i was to expect for our installation
