I recently purchased a handmade Persian rug from rugs.net, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The rug itself is breathtaking—clearly authentic, with incredible attention to detail, rich colors, and superb craftsmanship. What really set rugs.net apart, though, was their customer service. Shipping was free and fast, the rug arrived exactly as pictured, and they even offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which gave me total peace of mind. It’s rare to find a rug store that combines such high quality with transparency and trust. The descriptions were detailed and honest, and I loved that the site didn’t use any pushy language—just real information about beautiful, one-of-a-kind rugs. Highly recommended if you’re looking for unique, handmade pieces and want a team that stands behind their product.
