ordered an item Monday morning, website said Quick Ship item paid $9.98 shipping - website said FREE SHIP, as of Friday they still did not ship. How hard is it to send a product in 2025 ... Website says in stock Customer service will not provide update or cancel the order ..

Received incorrect model year for phone holder. Called on 07/16/25 and spoke to a very nice man who told me they would send out a replacement and provided the necessary information to include on my email to them. On 07/20/25, sent information to the provided email address. Never received a response to email, so I resent the original email on 08/7/25. Immediately received an error message that the email address couldn't be found. So much for the CSR saying the company wanted to ensure customers received the correct items and wanted them to be happy with the purchase. I'll try calling again tomorrow and see what they have to say. I'm not holding my breath.

Great product first and foremost but if you order directly don’t expect a straight answer , there website shows your invoice but no tracking information just shows pending? I received my order minus one part and all I got was excuses even asking for a refund I see is going to be a hassle.
