Adrienne Courtney and John were amazing!! I needed a specific part and everywhere else kept telling me eight to twelve weeks. They were great, worked as a team and were super communicative. Got the part I needed. Loved the experience.

Every time dealing with our rep has been pain free. He is very knowledgeable on the products we use and often can suggest solutions that were previously not thought about. I never worry when dealing with Rugged Notebooks knowing that Michael is handling our order.

Rugged Depot has been our sole provider for over 8 years. Their dedicated sales and support teams are unmatched. Standard or custom configurations, they can do it all.

Dan and his team went above and beyond to help us find the correct item. They are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt, so pleased to be able to partner up with them!

We were trying to place a HOT order. The sales person who created that order was out of the office. No one could make the order happen. Not sure how that is even possible. We'll place our order elsewhere.
