Hiring a lawyer. If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a Flexsteel recliner 11 months ago and within 3 months the back cushion padding had completely flattened so that my husband is leaning on the wood or metal structure. I have been calling and emailing with them for 5 months. Endless excuses. I think they’re trying to run out the warranty period. Don’t buy Flexsteel and DEFINITELY don’t buy it here.
