This company does not issue refunds even when they do not send you the correct order.

Poor customer service. I tried to order a few stamps from their site. I spent a long while creating the stamps in their creator. More than two business days later (!!) they sent me a rudely worded email asking for me to FAX (who uses fax machines anymore) in reams of documentation about rights to logos used in the stamps. I shopped around at a competitor and they completed the job easily, without hassle, and for a cheaper price. Would recommend shopping around before wasting your time with these jokers.
