Ordered $700 in carbon fiber parts a year ago. One part did not fit properly and is currently blocking emergency escape lever on door. Mark the manager has been promising to replace it ever since. He said tear it out. No longer answers calls or emails. Getting ready to file a safety complaint with NHSTA and Consumer Affairs. Will also post to the BBB website.
