I give you my view of what the new user wants: Learning about: perspective, volume, color technique, proportions, layering and thats what the tutorial is supposed to be alligned with. Imagine someone holds the picture what he drew, from your tutorial, in his hand and it looks like the original one from the Artist! Stop these weird camera angles and the music has to be gone. Give a real step by step guide: Take the Korpacademy as an example. Let the Artist talk what he is doing why he is doing it. Keep one Camera Angle, always from above! Very good products,i personally bought the japanese samurai kit for the pens(they only had that at the store)and was NOT disappointed,i did a little drawing about 5 mins ago utilising each pen i got to test them out and they were flawless.10/10,would recommend.

I wrote to the UK office with an issue I had with one of their pens. They went out of their way to contact their italian distribution company who sent me a replacement. That is exceptional service that should be rewarded. If you are looking to buy any art supplies and want to deal with a responsible company that looks after their customers, try them, you will not be dissapointed.
