Lovely set and great customer service 100% satisfied

Stunning pieces and prompt response from seller with any issues. I would purchase again from Royal Bishop.

They have been wonderful, the shipped item was made carefully, a marble chessboard that has been very appreciated, only one piece was broken (the King) because of the long transport, and they have replaced it in a few days, shipping not only one, but both Kings and some pieces of checkers, and the have paid even the price of the transport. I'm really really satisfied with their work!

Excellent ! Service après vente au top ! Pièce cassé (de ma faute) remplacé gratuitement !

I recently purchased marble egg cups from Radicaln. They are beautiful and the quality is superb! I especially appreciate the very careful way in which they were packaged and shipped.

I spoke with the company regarding a problem with my order and I was amazed by how quickly they responded and how understanding they were. The problem was solved with ease and I am very happy with my purchase. I would gladly purchase from them again. Thank you again!

Very satisfied with our marble chess set. Very high quality. A rook arrived broken and the company swiftly replaced the piece right away. Email correspondence was very prompt and responsive. Would highly recommend.

15 Inch Black and Coral Premium Quality Marble Chess Set is so beautiful, great quality, and a perfect size chess board. We have it as a central piece on our dining room table and it serves as a beautiful decoration when not used to play chess. Customer service was great and responsive. I’m very happy with both the product and overall experience with the company.
