RoundtheclockmallReviews of roundtheclockmall.com

Absolutely love Round the clock mall. I wish I'd discovered it sooner! You can spend days searching through their products& barely scratch the surface. Very fair international shipping costs, does take a while to arrive but this is to be expected. Customer service are amazing! Quick response & very friendly. Totally trustworthy website

Round The Clock Mall.com, this is a website which in theory, their agents assisting western customers so them to perform shopping from Taobao. After your registration at this website, you gain access at a poorly designed search engine, this providing search results from listings at Taobao. RoundTheClockMall search engine this is designed to hide seller information and the second task it performs, this is to add up 18% Commission for the agency at any listed product. The function of BUY NOW, this translates that your order will be reviewed by an agent, he will communicate with the seller, and he will request actual product weight and dimensions. Everything seems as reasonable moving in the beginning, you do wait for the agent to perform his job, and finally you get a pricing quote about shipping costs. Here is the point that a dirty game against the customer this begins. The agent does not deliver multiple shipping options and costs, but only one price. At your first order for review by an agent, sum of expenses appears as somewhat reasonable. If you turn down first offer and you decide to place and a second one, then the game begins at full extend. RoundTheClockMall other than the hidden commission of 18% at product price, they add up a hidden fee of 70 ~ 90 USD $ (agency payment) and they hide this within the shipping costs. Their aim is to collect on-top approximately 110 $ USD per customer, when product prices alone this is at the range of just 80$ USD. The communication by email with RoundTheClockMall, this is frequent but behind the line it appears to be only one girl. This agent is so lazy, and is in denial to actually act as your representative in a communication with the seller, they will not give a battle for pricing negotiation with a seller. They will do nothing in favor of your own best interest. I did three pricing inquires and wasted two weeks of time, exchanged 14 emails, and when you do realize the naked truth, your only choice is to leave from this fixed poker game.
