Fraudulent website that never delivered the product I ordered and refused to refund me or redeliver

Awful company. Took over three months for it to “deliver”. First it was coming from Germany, then the tracking just stopped. So then I got another tracking number from a different tracking website and this time it was coming from China. It never delivered but the tracking said it did. I’ve asked for a refund twice and haven’t heard back.

I bought two neck creams for $45 dollars. I have opened only one and it is spoiled, it smells bad and they do not want to give me my money back. The other one is completely sealed and they do not want me to return it and as compensation they are offering me $4

Ordered something and didn't receive it. The company told me to contact the seller. I ordered from them, so why contact the seller? Filed a complaint.

Absolutely love these sandals! I ruined a pair of leather sandals when a sudden storm greeted us at the airport. So if you’re summer travels include an occasional shower (Hello, Caribbean!), get these! They aren’t necessarily the chicest, but they’ll keep the tears away :) And they’re absurdly comfortable. Like walking on marshmallows.
