Disappointing Decline in Ross & Matthews’ LegalShield Service As a long-time LegalShield member, I’ve relied on Ross & Matthews for years, but their service has significantly declined. Recently, I called regarding a critical house-related legal issue and didn’t receive a callback within the promised 4-hour window. I had to contact LegalShield corporate to get a response, which came well after the allotted time. The delay was frustrating, as I was holding off a title company’s attorney to resolve my issue. Ross & Matthews informed me that they had at three days to provide a referral attorney, but it took over a week. When the referral finally came, I was told the attorney couldn’t see me for another week, and LegalShield clients were seemingly prioritized last. This left my house issue in limbo, causing significant stress. To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with had a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, which made me feel undervalued as a client. It also made me look ridiculous with the title company as I stated how good my law firm was. How can I recommend or sell LegalShield memberships when Ross & Matthews fails to deliver timely, professional service? They need to improve callback times, prioritize clients, and ensure supervisors handle concerns with respect. I’m deeply disappointed and reconsidering my membership. In seeing how many bad Legal Shield reviews they have hopefully corporate will take action!
