I wish these scam reviews were posted earlier. I place an order on their website in April 2019 and got a confirmation email, but ever received the order. I have contacted the site many times, never heard back. I then filed a complaint on Better Business Bureau against Rose Victorian, and now I see the site has been taken down.

TOTAL SCAM!! I placed an order back in December of 2018 for items for Christmas presents. Never received them. Still haven’t received them. When I looked up my order, it said “order completed”. Yet, I never received anything. Still have not. Tried contacting them the only way listed - through email. No response. A few months ago I looked up my account again. The status had changed to “order fulfilled August 2, 2019.” IT WAS MAY! How could my order have been fulfilled three months ahead of time???

This is a scam! I placed an order and never received an email confirmation. The amount deducted from my credit card is 60% more than what my order was supposed to be. I had done a screen save of the order confirmation on the website but when I tried the order tracker nothing happened.

This company isn't operating from the US. They operate from malaysia. Price is anounced in $ but you pay in MYR . They don't communicate, never answer your e-mail. I received a confirmation about my payment but the status of my order was 'order failed'.today my money was withdrawled from my bankaccount but without orderconfirmatie. I sended several e-mails to ask for some clarification but never received an answer. Criminals
