MyshopifyReviews of rosengift.myshopify.com

They took the money and disappeared total rip off.

Well I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. They need to check the shops that are on with them. I bought from a fake company in electric skateboard for $300. I got a confirmation and an order number in an email. I tried go back to the website Elecbikez and the website just did not exist anymore! All the links that I was sent are no good anymore. They say website does not exist. I even checked for reviews for and scams for this website before I bought it seemed totally legit. It was not legit at all. Shopify you have got to check for online predators we're getting eaten up out here.

Tried to buy a garage shop vac from Rosengift. Total scam! Do not order from them. They sent a package to the Amazon return center in my area rather than my address. Looks like they buy something on Amazon, receive it, advertise it on Rosengift, customer pays for it then RETURNS package to Amazon near customers area for refund. In the meantime, they keep your money and you never hear from them again. Reported them to my credit card company for investigation. I encourage others to do the same to shut them down.

I also ordered a Dewalt router from Rosengift. Received a tracking number and everything. Just happened my neighbor about a half mile from me had the same tracking number. My package was shown as delivered because his package was delivered with the same tracking number. Filed a claim with UPS but a waste of time. All email are returned a deliverable and no phone number. Was originally ordering the product from amazon and when I clicked checkout a message appeared that stated this website had the same product cheaper. It was a complete scam. Do not deal with Rosengift as they are fake. I gave one star because I had to.

Ordered a Dewalt tool online from RoGift/RosenGift. They provided fake UPS tracking info, never delivered but said they delivered package and driver left at door of a UPS store front during regular business hours. Also said shipment weight was 3 lbs for a tool that DeWalt advertises at 7.5 lbs. Turned them over to BBB and FTC as well as Google search. Thankfully my CC company investigated and already refunding me. They give physical address in Parsippany NJ that if you look it up on Zillow does not exist. No phone contact number, only email provided, and no response when issue emailed to their attention. Advise all to cancel your credit card number and replace if you used CC to order from them. Very disturbing to read about hundreds of people that have been scammed by myshopify.com storefronts who bought very expensive items and lost substantial sums of money. Suggest all Report to Google search and Facebook to cut off scammers' ability to advertise.I found RoGift/Rosengift through a google search for a Dewalt part number.

I placed an order and received an order confirmation. I have not received a confirmation of shipment as promised and have been advised that the e-mail address they provided me is invalid. It appears that they are a scam.

Never received the package! Total scam!
