Placed an order with Rose à vie on September 27th for my mother’s birthday with a receipt that stated guaranteed delivery in three days. I would have settled for five days but the flowers arrived 11 days late after getting lost in transit. Contacted the owner on the 6th of October who, by the way, answers the only phone line listed on the site with a simple “Hello” every time, so one doesn’t even know who their speaking with when calling. Is this Rose A Vie? You have to ask each time when calling. Asked her to please cancel the order as it was the 6th, and he birthday was now long over. Offered to send her screenshots of the shipment updates sent to me proving that my order number with her company had been sent to the wrong state and was still in transit. She said she would cancel and follow up. Three weeks later nothing back from her. My mom ended up with damaged flowers on the 11th. Finally get ahold of her a month and a half later—the owner, Chanel, and she is hell to deal with. Takes no responsibility whatsoever and denies that the shipping receipts are even from her own company. Long and short of it, this place is a rip off and will keep your money regardless of what goes wrong on their end. Because her site seems so new and there is nothing about her business anywhere online besides the shops website it was very difficult to track down how legitimate the company even is. Not recommended. Terrible, infantile, unprofessional scammer of a business.
