had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rory Dobner. I was looking for a specific item from the Perfect Plate collection, only to discover it had actually been discontinued. Instead of turning me away, they went completely above and beyond by offering to have the factory specially make the piece for me anyway! I dealt with Kieran, who was incredibly accommodating and showed exceptional customer service skills to solve my problem. This level of care and willingness to help a customer clearly reflects the wonderful values of the company as a whole. The plates are beautiful, and the service is truly unmatched. Highly recommended!

I ordered a "Timeflies" candle through their online shop. At a 41% discounted price of £42 it's was and is an expensive candle. However the image on the china pot is sized differently from the website picture. I understand that it is so all of the image can be seen in the picture where in reality it wraps around but it also in reality is crowding ie; touching the gold band edging. I sent an email to ask if this was a bad batch, no response. I called, no response. I emailed to express my disappointment and that I would return the item, no response. I called, no response. I returned the item within the specified time period, no refund. I called twice more to chase a refund, no response. 2 months later I received a refund via PayPal dispute process. I have no reason to believe PayPal received a response from Rory #*!#ing Dobner.
