I strongly advise others to be very cautious before using RouteStack. I joined their new AI booking system and paid for the service. Unfortunately, the hotel booking system has not been working, making the platform unusable for my business. I have been trying to contact their support team for nearly three weeks. I have sent more than 10 emails, but I have not received a single reply. Because the system is not working, I requested a full refund. Once again, I received no response. In my experience, they were quick to take my payment, but when I needed support or a refund, I was completely ignored. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer support.
