RoofingCalculator.comReviews of roofingcalculator.com

They sold us a ton of leads that weren't interested homeowners some claimed they were never looking for a roofing contractors others said they replaced their roofs recently, so they weren't looking and were upset we were calling. the company refused to provide replacement leads for the bogus leads and the customer service reps couldn't care less about the quality of the leads. Every time someone asks who our worst experience was for lead providers we always let them know to stay far away from the roofing calculator lead scam. I am leaving this review months after our horrible experience because it lives rent free in my head and I just got done speaking to someone else who had a similar experience in the same market. thousands of dollars lost that would have been Beter spent on any other program or avenue

Contrary to what other reviewers appear to indicate, you cannot use this estimator without entering address, email, and phone number which (I have no doubt, per the terms to which you must agree) will subject you to unwanted sales calls and emails. Would be much better, and acceptable, if they just gave a reasonable estimate, without all of that, and let me call recommended contractors when I am ready. Otherwise, it just looks to me like a typical bait and switch scam I’m not gonna get into.

Never got past the 4 digit verification code that they required. First, it took over 30 minutes to get the code, which other sites give you instantly. Second, after waiting 30 minutes for a code and entering it, was told that “something went wrong. Try again.” Tried five more times with same result and just gave up. Kind of a joke.

I own a roofing company All Weather Tite Roofing in Fort Lauderdale FL. I marketed with Roofing calculates for about a month and a half found their Ad's were very misleading and The way they worked their credit system for contractors that use them is a rip off. They only allow you to reject 1 or 2 bad leads and you get a message the tells you if you reject the lead it decreace the number of leads they will send you (strong are tactics). Being a roofer myself I found that there estimated roof costs are way off. They’re owned by a company called solar reviews, and in the meetings every week with my account manager she would tell me things are going great when I wasn’t even able to reach most of the lead's to even give an estimate to. Some of the leads asked me if I thought the ads were misleading I had to agree. This company makes roofing contractors look bad.

Don't use any link they have on social media unless you want to be bombarded with spam calls from anyone but a roofer. Their regular website has a link to request they not sell your contact info, but after the ridiculous # of spam calls, I won't trust anything from their site as my cell # is out in the ether. I am blocking up to 10 calls a day since 8/19 plus what Google blocks on my Pixel.

Used the calculator which worked well, received a call to get an estimate all went well. But now I am receiving over 10 calls per day to schedule an estimate that was already arranged. I’m going to block the number from the call center and cancel estimate.

I just wanted a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get a new roof. I got a huge range, which wasn't really helpful ($5k-$17k), but the worst was the 25 calls a day I got from every roofer in the country. They start Calling at 8 a.m., even on the weekend! From 8-9 a.m., I'de gets 10 calls. If you use this, do NOT give them your phone number.

Horrible experience, we signed up as a contractor and were promised roofing leads. They provided us basic contact information for random homeowners none of which actually answered or responded. Highly over priced, but aside from that extremely uninformed on what qualifies a lead. 0/10 they are a scam!
