Dear Troels, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and observations. We understand your concerns regarding the lack of reviews from women and stories of successful meetings on our platform. It's important to note that the nature of online dating experiences can vary widely, and not all users choose to share their outcomes publicly. Some may prefer to keep their successful relationships private, which could explain the lack of "happy ending" stories in reviews. We also encourage all our users, regardless of gender, to share their experiences to provide a more balanced perspective. Your feedback is valuable, and we're committed to continuously improving our platform to meet the needs and expectations of all users. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Best Wishes, Rondevo Customer Support

Dear Jesse, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our platform is a simple and user-friendly tool that helps people all over the world to meet and connect with each other. Our main goal is to bring like-minded people together and help them create meaningful connections. We have no control over the behavior or intentions of the people who use our platform. However, we do provide tools to protect users from potentially harmful behavior: It is possible to report any user with suspicious behavior on the platform, and an investigation is carried out in every case. We also have preventative algorithms that detect potentially harmful activity and content. Violations of the platform's guidelines are punishable by profile blocking. Best Wishes, Rondevo Customer Support

Dear Keith, Thank you for sharing your experience. Your privacy and safety are essential to us, and we have implemented measures such as the "Contacts Exchange" feature to enable secure communication between members. This feature becomes available once users pass payment verification and meet specific requirements. Regarding the authenticity of profiles, we have strict verification processes to ensure that the people you’re connecting with are real. However, we also take your concerns seriously and will continue working to improve transparency and the overall experience on our platform. Your feedback about the cost and the longevity of credits is valuable, and we’re always looking for ways to make our services more user-friendly. If you have any further suggestions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help! Best Wishes, Rondevo Customer Support
