I am a heavy gambler, often in excess of £5k a month, you would think that Rolletto would give me VIP treatment, here are a few experiences If you want to play live casino, you need to accept that there will be many malfunctions. If you complain, Rolletto will hide behind the fact they are not the providers of the casino. Your complaint will be sent to the provider, turned down and then Rolletto will say that its out of their hands, despite being on their platform. I got an error message saying ' action not possible ' when I tried to hit on 11 on a hand of Blackjack. This meant I was stuck on 11 and lost the hand. The complaint was refused even though anyone who has played BlackJack knows holding on 11 is pointless. Despite my spend, no refund. I can honestly say this has happened to me around 10 times and never refunded, I know I should give it up but it does work a lot of the time, but the malfunctions are unacceptable and frequent and you will not get your money back. My advice only play sports, and do not use bonuses as they will find a way to wriggle out of wins paid on bonuses. Read the T and C's they are purposefully very unclear and give Rolletto the license to make decisions on your winnings. I won an acca once with a freebet and was surprised to find that it was removed with a 'manual adjustment'. This was because Rolletto claimed it was free bonus cash they placed on the account, however the win was from a direct bank transfer and the bonus was given to me during the bet. I did ended up winning this case but it took weeks and it showed how they operate, others are not so lucky. Only use this site if you are desperate and accept that you will have malfunctions and experience bad practices The gamble on this site is two fold, one that you win your bet and two that you get paid
