Always stay away from a bank that doesn’t treat you or your money with respect. Terrible customer service, online systems are trash, don’t work or tell you “Appointment made”—spoiler it’s NOT🥳. They are understaffed and the staff they do is overworked and the attitude reflects that. I would never do business with this bank. Go to Peak credit union for banking in the southern Oregon area.
