Very bad experience with my last boots that I received. I paid 150 for a pair of rocky boots from one of there retail partners . Boots are coming apart after just 3 months of use. The retailer says I have to go to rocky direct since they are defective. Rocky says I have to go through the retailer . It's nothing but a complete run around!! Rocky says my boots are discontinued but they will give me a discount on a different pair. The boots are on there site so there not discontinued. Will never deal with rocky ever again !! Be warned

Arch support is dismal and the company can be so aggressive when trying to unsubscribed from further email harassments.

I purchased a pair of boots online in September 2025 from Rocky Brand. The sole started separating from the boot in February of 2026. I reached out to customer service to get them replaced under the 1 yr manufacturer warranty. They said that they would only take 50% off of a new pair. We went back and forth through email. I was asking for a replacement of equal value and then they stopped responding. I called and a rep spoke to the supervisor but would only do 50% off which I believe is poor customer service since I have only had them for about 5 months

I highly recommend this Footwear to anyone who likes light comfortable and durable boots I bought a pair several years ago and recently had to retire them I decided to go with a new pair it was hell breaking them in of course but well worth it
