I called R&R this past Sunday and left a message in the parts dept,name,phone number,Monday cam,no call back,it’s Tuesday now and still no call back,luckily a friend of mine has his own shop around the corner from where I live,I needed a rear brake line for my Street Glide and he happened to have one,he GAVE it to me,it sucks when a call goes unnoticed and no call back,I’ll be taking my business to him from now on

Picture if you will owning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. A used Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Kind of like the ones this dealership sells all the time and then calling the service department and being told that your service department does not work on bikes older than 2007? Can you imagine getting this kind of an answer from a licensed Harley-Davidson full service dealership in Cleveland Ohio? Well welcome to Rock and Roll City Harley-Davidson where we sell all kind of Harleys but we don't service anything older than a 2007 because our mechanics must be complete imbeciles. Thanks guys for wasting my time and I'll be sure to buy my next bike from your competitors in Sandusky! 1 Star because there are no zero stars
