Order delivery slow - UPDATE
Maybe it’s a coincidence that I gave a bad review and got my shipping notice on the same day a few hours later, maybe it’s not. Point is, the order is being shipped! My previous orders have been slow too, but not this slow, so yeah, I guess they’re a little hit and miss in that department. But, RockMerch makes quality products. That’s why I’ve ordered from them a few times. Steve pointed out that custom orders take a little longer. But again, I’ve custom ordered before and it didn’t take so long. Anyhoo. I think the Internet did it’s job on this one. I got the attention of the powers that be. And, they were prompt and kind in their response. Perhaps they’ll adopt delivery estimates so customers don’t freak out?So….order cool shirts from Rock Merch! Just be patient or order way in advance of whatever event you wanted to wear the clothes to so you’re not frustrated.

Hi Ameenah, Thank you for your updated review! It was pure coincidence your order shipped today. 😁 Many of the items on the site say "Special Order" in the name. This is always followed with the time frame in the product description. For example, on the item you purchased, it has this note: Special Order - Item Ships Within Approximately 21 Business Days. Special Order Items are often created just for our customers. Likely we can do a better job of highlighting this or updating our customers to know that we have not forgotten about them or their orders. We will look into tools to do that.
