HI Todd, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! The issues related to your the out of stock shirt were out of our control as it was a special order. Also, just because there may only one of its kind does not necessary make it a close out. Both of the items in your last order were special orders and sourcing these had unforeseen circumstances. We refunded you as soon as we knew we would be unable to fulfill one of your ordered t-shirts. You have ordered from us three times in total and the two prior orders had no issues so you know this situation is not typical for us. Please give us another try! With our systems, it would be impossible to double charge you since we don't maintain your credit cards.
