Conner Borchardt was extremely helpful to us in working out a program to deal with our financial situation. He was quite pleasant, attentive, PATIENT in answering all of our questions, knowledgeable about the products and programs that were available to us, and very pleasant to work with - basically, he exhibited excellent customer service skills! He helped us navigate the application process and completion of the paperwork, and made the entire process go smoothly. We appreciated his taking the time to explain everything, and really, all that he did for us.
