Already had secured a loan but filled out the application to see what they offered. Instead of the site telling me they had a rep call me. He asked me for the exact same info that I filled out on the site. His options were ranged from 5 to 12 points higher than what I was already approved for. He then tried to sell me on a consolidation loan. When I said that I did not want it he said, and I quote... I must not have explained it well enough to you. Your technology is bad, rates are high, staff is rude and you resort to creating fake five star reviews on here. Check the BBB review rating...1.57 out of 5.

Why is everyone's supposed reviews (ALL of THEM) only praising the representatives?

I received an unsolicited fake check from Rocketship. When I checked with Rocket Mortgage, they said it wasn't affiliated in anyway shape or form and will be filing a lawsuit for deceptive business practices against Rocketship.
