RocketGateReviews of rocketgate.com

These people are money processors for the adult entertainment business and no doubt take millions of US dollars each year on behalf of various adult channels. I recently subscribed to one but it was a con as to download a video had to purchase another tool. I complained as it that was not made clear at POS and the agreed to refund me. HOWEVER that was on the 17th and despite numerous emails from them to confirm this was processed on the 17th is now 12 days gone by and I have STILL not seen a refund. Think they are compulsive LIARS and never intend to issue a refund. Look, lets be clear $15 is not life threatening money and if it is never paid, I will survive. BUT wanted to warn others so no more money is wasted especially for those that can least afford it. Upshot is if you buy anything and see this PSMHELP OR RocketGate - DO NOT PROCEED. The product is a con and these people are LIARS and happy to stand up in court and say that. It does NOT take 12 days to process a refund to a debit card. Do NOT take the risk if this name appears when you buy anything at the time of making payment. DO NOT PAY. look for an alternative payment or different money processor AVOID AVOID

My card was charged but their website claims there were an error with the address. Avoid this scam!

Extremely unprofessional. Do not use this payment processor. They should be banned. Allowed my card details to be spoofed along with passwords. I reported a problem with one of their vendors that was constantly making me login and change passwords. All my passwords were spoofed. These people are criminals or they work with criminals that sell on credit card information. This shop should be closed down. No compliance no risk management. Apparently they added me to their negative database for reporting a serious security issue with a merchant? I do not want these people holding onto my card details or anyone else's for that matter. I've reported them to the police.
