I rarely leave reviews because I'm very busy. I am taking the time today because on every occasion over the past 18 months or so Rocket Dollar's customer support has been absolutely outstanding. The web portal could look better, it's very basic but the service is awesome!

I pay annual fee for their services which is not cheap and I had been with them for years. Despite that, they recently added some additional fee (fee per ACH transactions) which is adding up on my investment expenses for no reason. Financial orgs usually don't charge ACH but rocket dollar has been an exception. Deeply frustrated with this new charging..
