Company Theft by Credit Card
We were going to try this service and even went for their $1.95 tryout fee. I was unimpressed and decided to use AI instead. We canceled. That was April 16th 2026. April 30, 2026 I was charged the full $34.95. We reached out to cancel again and did. Every single month since then I've been charged for a service that I've canceled multiple times. I have asked for a refund. They have not contacted me at all. So my only choice now is to cut off the card and start fresh with everything. They owe me money and their services are horrible anyway. Total Rip-off company.
