The paper and print quality were superb and the prices were extremely reasonable. My order was delivered undamaged and on schedule. The tracking information took a few days to update. which was the only little problem but other than that the experience was good.

I had a very bad experience and ended up asking for a refund worked with them for about three weeks. One person contacted multiple times when I was busy I am in Massachusetts. They are in California. They did not pay attention to the time difference please consider another company. Terrible service refund was issued promptly and company said they will speak to those involved to hopefully clear up these issues.

The Rochester Publishers book cover design has me giddy. They produced an eye catching cover that jumps out and flawlessly encapsulated my story. They produced precisely what I had envisioned and the procedure was easy expert and imaginative. To any author searching for a superior striking cover, I heartily suggest their services.
