Don't buy anything from Roastmasters!
I made my first order at Roastmasters in December of 2025. I reached out after making my order to specifically ask about shipping and that I didn't want anything to do with USPS because they were unreliable and I had had many problems getting mail/packages delivered. I received an email, which I will happily share with anyone who wants to see it, from Abby, who says she's the owner and that I should order UPS ground saver and it will be delivered by UPS. I made a couple orders with no issues except taking 7-10 days to get delivered. Last Wednesday I made an order using the exact process that Abby told me to use. My coffee was to be delivered today although this morning I see that UPS gave it to USPS for actual delivery. Guess what? It was delivered, just not to me. I sent 2 emails and called the number Abby gave me saying it was her direct line. Crickets! No response and the line that was supposedly her direct line is a general number to the company. If you want accurate truthful information DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROASTMASTERS!
